Job Summary:
The Animal Care Technician is responsible for providing exceptional care and support to animals within the veterinary facility. 6. Assist in surgical procedures, including preparation, anesthesia monitoring, and post-operative care.
7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records for each animal.
8. Provide assistance and support during emergency situations, adhering to established protocols.
9. Handle and restrain animals safely and with compassion.
10. Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of animal enclosures, equipment, and common areas.
11. Educate pet owners on animal care, including medication administration and basic grooming techniques.
